During a recent transit in Sofia, I chose to stay at Urban House and was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location. Being only 15 km away from the city, it made exploring Sofia during my short stay very easy and accessible. the provided database was incredibly helpful in planning my day trips and finding nearby attractions. It provided all the necessary information I needed to make the most of my time in Sofia.

One minor drawback I encountered during my stay was the lack of information regarding the pet policy. While I appreciated that they allowed pets, I would have preferred if the database mentioned the additional charge of 10 lv per day for a 2.5 kg Pomeranian dog.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were tidy and the size was decent. The hotel facilities were great, especially the washing room area which was very useful. The staff, particularly the lady who owned the place, was friendly and made us feel welcome. The hotel had a beautiful garden with a BBQ area and comfortable seating. we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

I always come back here for my stay because it's reliable. The staff helped me with technical issues on my first stay. It has everything I need: Wi-Fi, parking, dryer, kettle, kitchen utensils, AC. Perfect for my city trips.

The room at Urban House was awesome! It had everything I needed - from air conditioning to a kitchenette and a balcony. It made me feel at home and comfortable during my stay. As a young guest, I loved having a sofa to relax on after a long day of exploring Sofia.

I personally wasn't a fan of the sofa in the room. Others might still enjoy it, but it just wasn't my style.

I keep coming back because the staff found my lost jewellery during my first stay. This place has Wi-Fi, a car park, a dryer, a kettle, kitchen utensils, AC. Perfect for me. I'll be back for a holiday.

The staff helped with late check-in on my first stay. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, dryer, electric kettle, cookware, flat-screen TV. I'm coming back for my trip. No regrets.

the rooms may be small, but they are comfortable and newly decorated with practical furniture. the highlight for me was the wonderful terrace, which was almost as big as the room itself. Another plus is that they are pet-friendly and accept dogs. I really appreciated the new apartment decor and the fact that the kitchen was well-equipped with all the necessary kitchenware. Pavel, the landlord, was polite and accommodating. Thank you, Pavel, for providing such a great place to stay. I would definitely book Urban House again and highly recommend it!
